Mini Groups

As another innovation at Fitness By Design Personal Group Training was launched in July 2008 with the aim of giving gym members the opportunity of having a Personal Trainer twice a week at a very affordable price. We limit the group size to a maximum of four people but it will still run with only one. Extra Personal Trainers are on duty to run these groups and we can be more flexible on the times you wish to train which accommodates anyone who has changing hours of employment, with sessions in the morning, afternoon, evening and even weekends. They are very structured sessions that are tailored to each member in the group. With all the motivation you need to get maximum results and they discipline you to come. You can now have a Personal Trainer twice a week for as little as £10 per month.
